Die Metal-Supergroup GONE IS GONE hat erste Details zum Debütalbum verkündet. Das Werk wird „Echolocation“ heißen und am 6. Januar 2017 via Black Dune Records und Rise Records/BMG erscheinen.
Mike Zarin, Gitarrist und Keyboarder der Band, kommentierte den Entstehungsprozess des Albums so: „We were able to expand on ideas that were explored early on and really build on them. By the time we got to working on the album, everything had clicked and we knew ‚this is what this is going to be.‘ And that made a huge difference.“
GONE IS GONE besteht unter anderem aus Mitgliedern von Mastodon, At The Drive-In und Queens Of The Stone Age.
