Destruction: mit Live-Album gegen die Krise

Die deutschen Thrasher DESTRUCTION haben ob der aktuellen Konzertflaute beschlossen, ihren Fans ein ungeplantes Live-Album zu geben: Die auf Party.San Open Air 2019 aufgenommene Show erscheint digital bereits am 8. Mai unter dem Titel „Born To Thrash – Live In Germany“ auf den gängigen Streamingplattformen. Physisch erscheint das Album dann am 17. Juli 2020 als streng limitiertes Sammlerstück.

Zudem haben DESTRUCTION eine interaktive Konzert-Karte ins Leben gerufen, in die Fans die Location ihres ersten DESTRUCTION-Konzerts eintragen können. Die so entstandene Grafik wird im Album enthalten sein. Jeder, der sich einträgt, wird zudem mit seinem Namen auf einem Poster verewigt, das dem Album beiliegen wird. Teilnehmen kann man bis zum 24. “We recorded this special show on the release weekend of our ‚Born To Perish‘ record last year, at Germanys awesome Party.San festival. We had the very spontaneous idea to do a live album in these difficult times, where the fans and us bands are longing for concerts. This might help us a bit to keep the spirit, bring us some joy and great memories back. This is also the first live record of DESTRUCTION as a four piece since the legendary ‚Live Without Sense‘ album. The current line up is the strongest we ever had – and of course, this shows best on a live stage!
