Combichrist verschieben Videorelease aus Pietät

Wie Andy LaPlegua, Fronter der Industrial-Metaller COMBICHRIST und frischgebackener Ehemann von Till Lindemanns Ex-Freundin Sophia Thomalla, über Facebook bekanntgab, wird das nächste COMBICHRIST-Video später als geplant veröffentlicht. Grund dafür ist das Attentat in Orlando, das das Video, in dem viel Gewalt zu sehen sein soll, zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt unpassend wirken lässt.

Hier das Statement im O-Ton:

Due to the amount of violence in the new music video, and due to the tragic events that happened over the weekend, I have decided to postpone the release, in respect to the victims and their families. It’s a week of mourning, not celebrating violence. I’m proud of the video, it’s a great piece of art, and we all worked hard on making it happen, but it does not belong in my life this week. My heart is still with everybody in Orlando.
